Read along

Look for a little castle on top of a rocky hill! It's Belvedere Castle, and it has a very special job. It checks the weather! Since 1919, the park's official weather station has lived here. Up top there's a weather vane and a spinny gadget called an anemometer.

It measures how fast the wind blows. Say anemometer three times fast! The castle was also built just to be pretty. Its name means beautiful view in Italian. It is called a folly, which is a fancy building made for fun.

Here is your job. Look at the very top and find the flag. Is it wiggling? Then it's a windy day!
