Read along

Arf arf arf! Do you hear that? Look out toward the ocean, near the Cliff House. See those big rocks sticking out of the water? Those are Seal Rocks. And here is a funny secret.

They are not really full of seals! They are full of sea lions. People just call them seals, and the sea lions do not seem to mind one bit. Two kinds of sea lions climb up on the rocks to rest. They flop up out of the waves, plop down in a big pile, and bark and bark like a noisy slumber party. The rocks and the animals are protected now, so they can nap in peace.

Can you find a sea lion shape on the rocks? Look for lumpy brown blobs. And everybody bark like a sea lion on three. One, two, three!
