Your family's data
You can see, download, correct or delete everything Tumbly knows about your family. Most of it you can do yourself in the app, in under a minute.
Do it yourself in the app
- Open Tumbly and tap the lock to open the grown-up area.
- See and change: Grown-ups → Kids shows every profile; tap one to edit its nickname, avatar or age range.
- Delete: remove a single kid profile in Grown-ups → Kids, or everything in Grown-ups → Settings → Delete account.
Ask us
Email privacy@tumbly.ai from the address on your account and tell us what you'd like:
- A copy of your data (we send a JSON file and a readable summary).
- A correction.
- Deletion of a kid profile or the whole account.
- To stop a kind of collection, for example voice questions or location, without deleting the account.
- To withdraw consent to anything you agreed to.
Signed in with Apple using "Hide My Email"? Write from any address and include the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings, and we'll confirm through it.
What happens next
- We confirm we got your request within 10 days.
- To protect your kids, we check you're the account's parent before sharing or deleting anything, usually with a code sent to the account's email.
- We finish within 45 days (one month in the EU and UK), and tell you if we need more time and why.
- You can use an authorized agent; we'll ask for your signed permission and still verify your identity.
- There's no charge, and we'll never treat you differently for asking.
What we hold
A list of everything we collect, why, and for how long is in our privacy policy and Children's Privacy Notice. Voice recordings and the text of kids' questions aren't stored, so there's nothing of those to send or delete.
